We started this amazing new build project June 2017 taking us around a year to complete, with it being set on the outskirts of Hurstpierpoint this is definitely one of our favourite jobs to date, due to its high end finish and location it is a dream home. The clients came to us asking us to help guide them along the way from start to finish - due to our in-house architecture team this became possible, as you can see the drawings gave the clients a real idea of how beautiful the house was going to be before we had even started. Due to it being on the border of a conservation area the design had to be in-keeping with the surrounding area hence its traditional characteristics with a modern twist. 

  One of the clients main goals from the offset was to make it as eco-friendly as possible, with our experience in eco building we knew that building the inner skin from timber framing would allow you to maximise wall insulation without great loss of internal room space. The use of 14 solar panels to the rear of property, the mass insulation and correct amount and positioning of the doors and windows giving the house great solar gain has definitely achieved the clients goal they set out on.

We couldn't be happier with the overall finish and neither could the customer.
