The foundation of a good building is imaginative, practical and affordable design from the outset.
Paramount to a successful build is the realisation at the design stage of our clients’ wishes and design brief. Unlike many companies, we actually do provide a genuine in-house design service, with access to external specialists, such as Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers and Party Wall Surveyors when the need arises.
Our initial meeting and preparation of likely fees and build budget, coupled with a sketch scheme, are without obligation and free of charge. We can then measure up and produce the necessary drawings for Planning and Building Control submission, in order to obtain the necessary Local Authority consents before we commence construction works on site.
